Please be sure to double check all orders to be sure name, address and correct items are ordered. Because our products are handcrafted, batches may vary from batch to batch, ranging in color and or thickness variance.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase are accepted.
NOTE:
If an item is received damaged (not including melted butters), we will gladly replace the items. Please submit a photo of the damage to organics[!at]obsidien.com and your item will be replaced within a few business days.
